What is ShopNetTV?

ShopNetTV is the first online video shopping networking supporting everything local. We support local businesses and donate 10% of our profits to local charities.

How do I become a vendor?

We seek to feature unique local businesses. If you have a unique product or service, we’d love to hear from you. Please email vendor@shopnettv.com with a description of your product or service, pictures, and special discounted price for ShopNetTV buyers. Don’t forget to also let us know how you pay it forward!

What are the fees to be a vendor?

ShopNetTV charges a one-time video production fee of $795+GST. However, for early adopters we are dropping this price to $495. Plus a 18% transaction fee whenever a product or service gets sold via the ShopNetTV website.

How does ShopNetTV give back to charities?

When you make a purchase at ShopNetTV you choose a charity you wish to support. We then donate 10% of the profits from that sale to the local charity of your choice.

Do vouchers/Gift Cards Expire?

This depends on each individual offer. If the offer you purchase does have an expiry date it will be clearly stated on the voucher.

What is your return policy on items?

The buyer must co-ordinate and pay for the return shipping. Return a product within 14 days of purchase and you’ll receive a refund. Returns cannot be made after 14 days.

How do I return an item?

Can I receive a refund on a voucher/gift card?

Just let us know within 3 days and we’ll refund your money!

How do I use my voucher/gift card?

To redeem your voucher, please print the order receipt after your order has been confirmed via email. The order receipt will serve as your voucher to redeem the product or service.
